All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time (United Kingdom)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier workload and destination.

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos. We will assist you promptly.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, as long as items are unused, unwashed and in resellable condition with tags intact. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
