Return and Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 calendar days from the day you received the order;
• Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in resellable condition;
• With original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@merryreindeers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the posting.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if you need a different size or style.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
